Explore layouts within your existing footprint, review architectural floor plans with mark-ups, and discuss extension possibilities to maximise your space.

Detailed Design
Receive expert recommendations for your project, including interior finishes like paint colours, wall treatments, cabinetry, and built-ins, as well as exterior elements like materials, façade details, and landscaping plans.

 

What you could receive
  • Annotated Floor Plan: A marked-up version of your existing or conceptual floor plan with suggestions for layouts, extensions, or refinements.
  • Sketch Concepts: Quick sketches or diagrams illustrating design ideas discussed during the session.

To maximise the use of the session and allow us with time to have a glance at your circumstances, please provide at your earliest convenience the following: 

  • Existing Floor Plans or Drawings: PDFs or images of their current layouts for review and markup.
  • Site Photos: Pictures of the property, including exterior shots, landscaping, and interior spaces.
  • Renovation Goals: A written outline of their vision (e.g., “Expand the kitchen,” “Add a home office,” or “Rework the flow of the main living areas”).
