After Care

Our products have been designed from high-quality materials to promote longevity. To ensure that you're products are able to withstand the test of time, as they were designed for, we strongly recommend following these steps:

  • Rotate your rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear & tear.
  • Lightly vacuum once or twice a week using the lightest possible setting.
  • Avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug.
  • Blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth, do not wipe or scrub, and spot clean with a small amount of gentle detergent and warm water.
